The latest Harvard CAPS/Harris poll finds that 53% say Trump is right to put forward a nominee for the Supreme Court without delay, including 51% of independents. In addition, 53% of voters say the Senate should consider the nominee right now.

JCN Launches “Stop the Bigotry” Ad Campaign
Today Judicial Crisis Network (JCN) launched a new ad called “Stop the Bigotry” as part of its $3 million-dollar ad campaign this week.  This is JCN’s third ad as part of an all-out effort to confirm Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court. 

JCN’s first two ads—“Follow Precedent” and “From Her”— appeared on TV and digital, and aired nationally on cable and in key states including Colorado, Iowa, Maine, North Carolina, Utah, and Washington D.C.

Shocker! President Donald Trump is pushing for quick confirmation of Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett while his Democratic rival, Joe Biden, implored the Republican-led Senate to hold off on voting on her nomination until after the Nov. 3 election to “let the people decide.”

There are no good legal objections to Amy Coney Barrett’s nomination, which is why critics are scrambling to find a moral one. But based on what they have come up with so far, there don’t appear to be any good moral objections either.

The Judicial Crisis Network launched a new ad confirm Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court.  The organization expects to spend at least $10 million on the effort.

Phase Two features an initial $3 million-dollar ad buy – $2.5 million on television and $500,000 on digital platforms. The ad, “From Her,” will appear both on TV and digital and will air nationally on cable and in key states including Colorado, Iowa, Maine, North Carolina, Utah, and Washington D.C.

Trump’s SCOTUS Pick to Get Boost From Conservative Groups
“Although Mr. Trump’s nominee is expected to win Senate approval, conservative leaders say they aren’t taking any chances, especially after the polarizing 2018 confirmation of Justice Brett Kavanaugh. The groups also believe that the confirmation fight will drive voters to the polls.”
