In an impassioned speech on the Senate floor, Senator Collins vowed to vote yes to confirm Judge Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.

Senator Manchin, a Democrat from West Virginia, also confirmed that he will vote yes to confirm Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, calling him a “qualified jurist.”
