Brett Kavanaugh can be trusted to protect First Amendment rights
Judge Kavanaugh’s record provides abundant evidence that he applies view of a judge as an umpire to his cases. His respect for the constitutional rights of Americans is evident in his rulings to safeguard religious liberty.

Three of his cases, in particular, shed light on his clear understanding of the First Amendment, and his rulings to block the government from infringing on these rights.

Nice try, Democrats!
The delay strategy is made clear in an otherwise dry letter to the Bush library sent last month. Asking for the judge’s comprehensive White House records, Democrats asserted a need to see: “All records containing documents written by, edited by, prepared in whole or part by, under the supervision of, or at the direction of Mr. Kavanaugh, as well as documents referencing Mr. Kavanaugh by name, initials, or title, and documents received by or sent to him.” If Kavanaugh left any sticky notes lying around, presumably the Dems want those, too.

ProPublica’s appeal for dirt on Brett Kavanaugh’s baseball outings called “desperate” and “hilarious”
NewsBusters Managing Editor Curtis Houck told Fox News that ProPublica’s piece “should go in the dictionary under what a ‘fishing expedition’ looks like.”  “What is ProPublica thinking they’ll find? That Kavanaugh made too much of a mess in eating peanuts? Forgetting to recycle beer bottles? Taking too long to go through metal detectors? This is so desperate and showing this to someone who’s not particularly plugged into the news cycle will find this a little ridiculous,” Houck said. Conservative strategist Chris Barron told Fox News that the baseball ticket storyline is “possibly the dumbest smear campaign of all time.”

Nearly 90K pages of Kavanaugh documents have been released
The nearly 90,000 pages of documents released Sunday range from bookkeeping and scheduling matters to legal advice on whether White House employees should be using official or political stationery for thank-you notes.

Democrats are desperate for explosive revelations from within the documents, hoping for something that could derail the nomination of Judge Kavanaugh, who sits on the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.
